Sat 7th April - First ever Handmade Arcade, McCoys Arcade, Exeter

We are very excited to be involved in the first Handmade Arcade organised by the folks over at No Guts No Glory, there will be lots of great stalls selling contemporary artwork and creative goods from some of the best in the South West! Check out the Handmade Arcade blog for more info

As Marmalade Collective are having an exhibition (La Belle Menagerie, Birdwood House, Totnes - 19th August until 25th August) this summer we have decided this will be our last fair until the Christmas time comes around, so if you've had your eye on something (we're down to our LAST few Burlesque Books) or even just fancy finding out more about us come down and say Hello.

No Guts No Glory are stockists of Marmalade Collective prints, greetings cards and postcards, here's a little bit more about them and the awesome things they do...

'NO GUTS NO GLORY is a community based collective of creative people from around the UK, established in November 2009 by Nathan Blaker. Built on strong D.I.Y ethics, the shop was initially opened with the sole intentions of helping local artists and designers to gain work and experience in the industry. This is still very close to heart as NGNG develops into a house for some of the best emerging talent in the country.
The No Guts No Glory shop outlet is based in Exeter, Devon, where our artists produce and display Limited Edition clothing, Prints, Zines and more.'

See you at Handmade Arcade!

Christmas Cards

Lastly, I've been trying to get a new set of hand screenprinted xmas cards ready in time for our xmas markets.  They are not quite ready yet but here are a couple of the designs as a little taster.  I'm signing off now - that was the first time I've ever put anything on our blog as I've only just learnt how to do it.  I now feel like a grown up living in the 21st century :-)

Another place you can find us this November is at the wonderful CRIKEY IT'S VINTAGE at The Thistle Hotel, Exeter. The last CRIKEY we did was a wonderful day and hopefully this one will be too! Watch this space to see what exciting projects Diane Foster has been working on! x
